My client needed a polished offering memorandum to present a multi-unit property to potential investors. The challenge was organizing a lot of detailed information, including floor plans, financials, and property photos, in a way that looked clean and was easy to follow.

While managing other ongoing projects, I completed the full design within a tight three day turnaround. I created a clear, well-structured layout with dedicated sections for each part of the listing. High-quality visuals, labeled maps, and color-coded floor plans complimented the information provided. The design stayed on brand and professional.
