Problem: My client requested a consultation as well as a redesign for his business site, hosted on Squarespace. He was seeking guidance on taking his site from good to great.
Solution: First, I reviewed my client's site and took notes. Next, I organized a 5 page personalized document detailing the steps to take in order to improve his business site. After presenting the document to the client and discussing my recommendations, he requested that I implement the changes myself.
I updated the site, making sure all the buttons/links lead to the correct locations, and leaving space for him to add his own personality through words. This resulted in a clean and functional website with an emphasis on images, delivering information, and effectively leading visitors to the contact page to inquire about services.
